Woodburned Jewelry- Bracelets/Bangles

That's right! I never thought I will be saying this, but making jewelry was kind of fun. I always tried to stay aside from the jewelry business and I was very apprehensive to dab into it. However, just seeing these unfinished bangles made out of wood, I knew I had to try. My main idea was to make something that I would like to wear. And I would absolutely, most definitely, positively, undoubtedly wear ANY one of these.

Message in a bottle OR bouquet of pencils?

Today I'll talk about two romantic movies that gave me the idea for Valentine's day gifts for my Etsy shop. Both movies are old, but they still hold their romantic charm that a really good movie doesn't lose with time.



The first one is Message in a Bottle.Chances are you have either given someone a message in a bottle or you have received one at one point or another.However, if you haven't seen the movie, you don't know what you're missing.I have thrown my fair share of messages in bottles since I was little. I figured, it will be a really nice touch if instead a cork cap, I use a sea auger. It is actually snug enough so you don't have to worry of the sand spilling, and it is also strong, so you don't have to worry about breaking it when closing or opening it.
